Our students were busy making Valentine’s Day cards for their moms and dads
They also sang the “Love Grows” song using sign language.
And of course their favorite part was cooking Valentine’s Day pancakes. Dolphin Class students read the recipe because we made the pancakes from scratch. Starfish and Penguin Class students cut up the bananas and mixed the ingredients. When the teacher flipped the pancakes on the griddle, they were so excited to see the nice brown color on the cooked side of the pancake.
They really enjoyed eating them, yet some of them said they wanted to save half of their pancake to share with their mom, dad and even siblings. They are so kind!!!
