Our students continued to learn about and experience traditional Japanese culture.

every student made a paper sumo wrestler, and then we held a “Ton-ton Sumo” tournament. They were all so excited to tap the “dojo” box and make their wrestler move around.

On the other day, we went on our “tabiiku” to the Ochanomizu Origami Kaikan where we saw many beautiful origami creations displayed. The students were amazed to see so many animal figures made with origami. The Origami Master made many things while he was talking to the students.
