Our studnets did “kakizome” (Japanese calligraphy) using “sumi” and special brushes. Dolphin students wrote “蛇” and “巳”; Starfish students tried writing their names in hiragana; and Penguin students enjoyed writing with sumi on special Japanese paper. Everyone did an amazing job!
